ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
Read all instruction below before going to order form.

EZ WAY TO ORDER

YOU CAN THEN SHUTTLE BETWEEN THE ORDER FORM AND OTHER PAGES IN THIS WINDOW.

All orders shipped on a prepaid basis. Sorry no C.O.D. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card) by personal check (waiting period for clearance) or by Bank or Postal Money Orders. Our order form has blanks for credit card information for regular mail orders. If you wish to order by fax or email and use a credit card and fear that your card information will be violated, call in your first order by phone and we will keep your credit card information on file. Future orders can then be made by email or fax without risking your credit card information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Must be paid by International Money Order or Bank Draft paid by a U.S. Bank in US Dollars or by Credit Card (Master Card or Visa)
For surface shipping add 20% of Order Total or a minimum of $15.00.
For Air Delivery add 40% of Order Total. or a minimum of $35.00.
These minimum fees do not apply to very small items shipped in envelope mailers. Just add the 20% or 40% to these items. You will receive credit for any overpayment.

The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
